My mom said it was hard to get a photo of just the quilt and us because there were so many people in the room! That's Tyler's son Joey getting the first cuddle in on the end of the quilt.
Happy quilt owner.
Perusing the label. His son Christian in the striped shirt reading the writing on the backing fabric--he immediately identified it as by Mark Twain, which was pleasing!
All smiles!

Annie...what a wonderful, marvelous job you did on this quilt! I have been watching and admiring it all through your journey...it is just wonderful! I loved seeing the look of joy on Tyler's face..."ya' dun gud, dearie!!" as the old timers would say!
This is a fabulous quilt, I enjoyed the "work in progress" reports.
What a wonderful quilt and what a fun thing to see how much it was love at first sight.
Smiles all around, in your family photos and from those of us following the creation of the Q. It's been a great journey to follow. The last photo of the quilt, the quiltmaker, and the quilt recipient is classic! Thanks for taking us along.
It's nice to know that all your hard work and love is appreciated.
So glad you showed these photos. It's great to see how the recipient reacted when they received their pile of lusciousness.
There's nothing better than seeing a quilt youve made with love being admired!! How can we tire of that?!
