Strawberry Shortcake made by my sister Kathy with fresh picked strawberries she bought at the farmer's market, and homemade shortcakes. Yum! The LBD is for my husband's annual company awards dinner, which up until yesterday I was not going to. But plans change! Wish me luck on finding black shoes tomorrow...

Oh,yeah--good luck with that. I am not fond of shopping, and that discomfort multiplies when I need to find something that specific!

I hope the shopping isn't too painful, I do not envy you. But the Strawberry shortcake looks yum! We had fresh from the field while Larry's dad was hear over Christmas...suffering the California temps ~

Way to Celebrate buying a LBD. Have fun and I hope you buy some comfy ones. Life is too short to have shoes that hurt your feet!

That dessert is a great way to celebrate successful LBD shopping. Good luck with the shoes. Hopefully you're not going to be too fussy about heel height or shape of toe. Comfort is definitely my #1 priority with shoes. I HATE shoe shopping.
