Kachan is spelled out, joining Jerryl. Playing with letters is fun but requires concentration to make sure the background and letter fabrics are going in their correct spots. I've made a start on the next witch's name, which will be Rafilda, and have branched out a bit from the block style. More on that later! See more Design Walls on Judy's Patchwork Times.
Ort: Noun, meaning a scrap; a bit. Usually plural. Words about quilting, fabric, family and life in a Southern California beach town.

Your becoming a pro at this letter thing!
This quilt is loaded with personality.
A friend of mine made this quilt, very colorful for Halloween.
That is an adorable witch quilt! And the names will be a great touch. I am not usually tempted by holiday themed quilts, but this one has great style and humor. Great job.
Love, love, love it! You're right about the letters... I know how much concentration that takes, you're doing GREAT!
Love their names. This is such a fun quilt.
I saw this quilt and thought it was cute. I'm happy to watch you make it though. The names are a nice touch. I liked making some of them for a Class I took with the Word Play.
Annie - this is a fun quilt. I really like it!
How are you thinking up these awesome witchy names? I love them.
Great names - great quilt!
what a great Halloween quilt! love it.
The names are a great addition to make these witches uniquely your own. But I wouldn't expect anything less from a lady who found her work on the cover of a book.
Well done!
Just love the names you have chosen!
Love the letters and the names you've choosen. Your version will definitely be one of a kind (and very cute!).
I really love it. So much personality.
Those names are so great. Adding those will really make your quilt unique.
