Six are complete--well, except for a little embroidery on the butterfly.
Above is the most recently finished. The colors are not exactly true in the photo, they are a bit richer.
Two more are prepped, one is partially stitched already there on the left. Eventually it will be the rind of a watermelon, and the one on the right will be pansies. The end of the month is coming up quick and 10 blocks is my goal--I'm getting there! See more design walls on Judy's Patchwork Times.

Never get tired of applique. They are lovely blocks and have enjoyed watching the pile grow. Thanks for sharing!
Such pretty blocks, and your stitching is so neat and uniform. I need to come have a refresher course from you--it has been so long since I have done any embroidery and now the wool applique is taxing my memory on stitching skills. : )
Love seeing your blocks. Wool makes the difference!!
So beautiful! Love the background fabric you chose...it's perfect!
They are so pretty, I don't think there is anything any richer than yummy, wool applique. Your colors and background fabric are just wonderful~
Annie these are so nice. I don't know how you are managing to get these done and starting a new job - wonder woman in the house!
Your stitching is just perfect Annie.
Annie, your stitching is nothing short of AMAZING. wow! Looks great.
Beautiful blocks! It's going to be a gorgeous quilt when you get those all done. Good luck meeting your goals this month.
Really nice blocks and perfect for Spring.
Wool looks so good for the appliqué. I think it would feel nicer to appliqué by hand than vlisofix backed cotton too.
Your wool blocks are lovely. I've never worked in wool yet... Every year at that Long Beach quilt festival I see wool kits and am always tempted...
